Turkey Burrito Bowls

Sorry if you’re looking for some cool story with my recipe. Usually when I find recipes online, I scroll for what seems like forever until I get to the good stuff.

So let’s get right to it.

Ingredients:
•Tbsp olive oil
•1 lb all-natural ground turkey
•Tsp cumin
•Tsp chili powder
•Tsp paprika
•salt and pepper
•1 can organic tomato sauce
•1 can black beans
•1 can sweet corn
•rice (I love Trader Joe’s Sprouted Oraganic California Rice)
•lettuce
•avocado
•fresh salsa

Directions:
1. Prepare rice as directed
2. Heat oil over medium-high heat in skillet
3. Add turkey & spices and brown
4. When turkey is no longer pink, add tomato sauce
5. Drain and rinse corn and beans, add add to turkey and sauce
6. Turn heat to low and simmer about 15 minutes
7. Assemble bowls with rice and turkey mix
8. Top with lettuce, salsa, avocado and anything else you desire 🙂
