These burgers are pretty healthy and delightful. One of my favorite combos.
-1/4 cup hot sauce (Frank’s)
-1 tsp garlic powder
-1 tsp sea salt
-Dash of chili powder
-Dash of red pepper flakes
-2 Tbsp unsweetened almond milk
-1 1/4 lb ground chicken
-1/2 c. bread crumbs (I used Ezekiel Flax)
-1 c. corn (from frozen bag, microwaved)
1. In a large bowl, combine hot sauce, garlic, salt, chili powder, red pepper flakes, and almond milk. Add ground chicken, bread crumbs and corn; stir well.
2. Divide meat into 6 balls and shape into patties.
3. Grill until brown and cooked through (about 8 minutes each side). Top with cheese if desired. Enjoy with a side salad 🙂
21 Day Fix:
1 Red, 1 Yellow (burger)
1 Blue (if cheese added)
1 Green, 1 Orange (side salad)
